Job Description

The Role

As a consultant in Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI), you will become a key player in collecting solid and up to date market data through a wide variety of compensation and benefits surveys and you will work on related client projects. You are expected to become a primary relationship manager for key client groups across multiple countries (Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia). We offer you a very steep learning curve, and we expect you to create and grab opportunities whenever they arise

Performance Objectives: Excellence

  • Supports several projects and may eventually manage major parts of a project, paying strict adherence to project management and client requirements
  • Works within regional and firm-wide survey methodologies and processes specifically helping clients to match their jobs to the Willis Towers Watson Total Reward Survey
  • Conducts data mining, checks and validation; and statistical analysis and interpretation in order to ensure clients compensation and benefits data submission are properly checked for completeness, accuracy and consistency
  • Under close supervision, may serve as member of an integrated project team working closely with the Manager or members of the Consulting team on consulting client projects requiring data analysis
  • Interprets organization structures/charts, job design and conducts job analyses and job matching for surveys and consulting projects
  • Provides project administration and assistance such as preparation of presentation materials, proposals and reports; and handling of project logistics
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and convert interest into participation or revenue
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in data, consulting, professional services, or HR‑related solutions
  • Experience in managing end‑to‑end sales processes including prospecting, pitching, follow‑ups, and closing
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver results against commercial targets

People & Clients

  • Demonstrates collaborative style and enjoys working with others
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
  • Manages client accounts and handles client enquiries about survey related matters
  • Develops close relationship with clients by providing active support on any survey related matter
  • Debriefs clients on survey results by supporting presentations or in one-to-one meetings seeking to resolve any outstanding client queries and ensuring that the client understands and can use survey reports
  • Secures the participation of additional companies within allocated industry sectors to compensation & benefits surveys

Financial

  • Helps execute industry research and business development plans by identifying key target industries, groups, associations, etc.
  • Supports and may eventually manage HR related client events/ conferences including preparation of marketing materials (i.e. brochures, presentations)
  • Supports the execution of marketing and sales plans by contacting new and prospective clients
  • Conducts job pricing assignments and participating in consulting projects using all survey tools and software e.g. Compensation Software

You will contribute to varied and interesting projects such as:

  • Market research in support of business development initiatives
  • Design of HR trends/ pulse surveys and events
  • Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of client‑facing events (webinars, roundtables, product demos, HR community sessions)
  • Prepare sales kits: product one‑pagers, pricing matrices, proposal templates, and ROI narratives
  • Coordinate quotes, SOWs, and renewals for data subscriptions and related services
  • Consulting projects such as: Market pricing, compensation/ benefit audits and special/ customized industry surveys, as well as a broader Talent consulting space
  • Co‑own the marketing calendar for work and rewards products, campaigns, and launches—aligning with business priorities and seasonality
  • Plan, produce, and publish content across channels (website, LinkedIn, email, webinars, Line OA, etc.)—ensuring brand consistency, localization, and compliance
  • Coordinate with regional marketing for messaging, assets, and campaign optimization; A/B test subject lines/CTAs
  • Track content performance (reach, CTR, engagement, MQLs/SQLs) and make data‑driven improvements
  • Maintain, update, and enrich the client database in the Dynamic
  • Assist with sales process adherence (opportunity stages, forecasting hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and win/loss notes)

The Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, economics, psychology, political sciences, actuarial, cultural studies or any related faculties
  • Interested in discovering the consulting environment
  • Desire to work with multiple clients across the world and sectors and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in one of the following is absolutely required: HR; sales or revenue-generation; market surveys or statistics/ data
  • Enthusiastic, creative and a team player.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills; accuracy and attention to details
  • Proactive, flexible and have a can-do mentality
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Commercial mindset when communicating with clients/prospects
