About the Role - We are looking for the talented candidate to join our Regional Team based in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting to Head of Ecommerce - SEA. Key roles are to lead regional eCommerce content strategy and campaign content delivery to drive sales performance. Manage the content team and production process, ensuring efficient campaign banner production and sales-driven design informed by customer insights across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Team Leadership
- Own regional eCommerce content strategy aligned with commercial goals.
- Lead and develop the content team with clear priorities and governance.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across markets.
Content Production Process
- Own end-to-end content and campaign production workflows.
- Optimize processes across internal teams, marketing, Business Unit and markets.
- Balance global consistency with local relevance.
Customer Insight Integration
- Embed market-level customer and shopper insights into all content strategies.
- Translate insights into clear content and design direction.
- Enable best-practice and insight sharing across markets.
Campaign & Banner Efficiency
- Drive efficient production of campaign banners and promotional assets.
- Define templates, frameworks, and design standards to improve speed and reduce cost.
- Ensure all campaign content is sales-driven and conversion-focused.
Performance & Optimization
- Define and track KPIs for content efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Use performance data to continuously improve content impact and speed-to-market.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years experience in eCommerce content, campaign, or digital leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing content teams and high-volume campaign assets.
- Strong understanding of sales-driven design and conversion optimization.
- Experience working across multiple markets (APAC preferred).
- Strategic, commercial, and process-driven mindset.
