Role Description This is an on-site contract role based in Thailand. The Contractor will support day-to-day business technology operations, including monitoring systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping maintain secure and stable environments. Responsibilities may include assisting with security checks, supporting basic marketing activities, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure technology and related services run smoothly. The Contractor will be expected to follow established procedures, document work performed, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Ability to work with business technology tools and systems, including basic troubleshooting and coordination with technical support resources.
Understanding of fundamental security practices, with the ability to follow guidelines that protect systems and data.
Comfort supporting marketing-related tasks such as content updates, campaign coordination, or reporting, as directed.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and reliability in on-site work.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and follow documented procedures.
Prior experience in IT support, security assistance, or business operations support is beneficial.
Proficiency in English; local language skills in Thailand are an advantage.
