About Position:

We are seeking a talented Core Java Developer with strong expertise in Java application development, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance applications, integrating backend services, and delivering robust software solutions that support business objectives. This role requires hands-on experience in Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming, Spring Boot, SQL databases, and Agile development practices. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to build reliable and maintainable enterprise applications.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and support RESTful APIs and backend services for web and enterprise applications.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
• Implement Object-Oriented Programming principles and software design patterns.
• Develop database-driven applications and integrate with relational database systems.
• Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database access layers.
• Utilize Cursor AI for code generation, development acceleration, debugging, refactoring, and technical documentation.
• Participate in application architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Perform code reviews and maintain software quality standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with QA teams during testing and defect resolution activities.
• Work with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and deployment activities.
• Support application enhancements, upgrades, and production releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile Scrum environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and development artifacts.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI-assisted development practices, and industry trends.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in Java application development and software engineering.
• Strong expertise in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework and RESTful Web Services development.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Experience working with SQL and relational database management systems.
• Proficiency in database design, query optimization, and database integration.
• Experience developing scalable backend applications and microservices.
• Hands-on experience using Cursor AI for development productivity, code generation, debugging, documentation, and code optimization.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience working with Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps repositories.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and application scalability concepts.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of application security and secure coding practices.
