Corporate Communication Director

Responsibilities;-

• Develop and lead the corporate communications strategy, framework, and messaging aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and Group priorities.
• Establish corporate narratives, key messages, and communication priorities to ensure consistent and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Advise the CEO and senior management on external communications, media relations, public speaking, positioning, and sensitive issues.
• Oversee corporate reputation management, issues management, and crisis communications preparedness and response.
• Identify strategic communication opportunities that support business priorities and create value across businesses.
• Coordinate external communications across businesses to ensure alignment, effective prioritization, and consistency while addressing individual business needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Communications team, including performance management and capability development.
• Manage strategic relationships with PR agencies, media partners, and other external communication stakeholders.
• Lead Group-level communication initiatives and strategic assignments delegated by the CEO.

Qualifications;-

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related fields, with substantial leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in corporate communications strategy, media relations, reputation management, and crisis communications.
• Strong experience advising C-level executives and managing high-profile communications.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Excellent command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
