CZ's Corporate Finance division (CZ Advise) is the financial advisory arm of CZ, providing mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and debt advisory services across the agribusiness, renewable energy, and logistics & infrastructure sectors. We advise leading mid-to-large corporates and investors across Latin America and Southeast Asia, supporting both domestic and cross-border transactions.

The CZ Advise team has successfully completed more than US$5.0 billion of transaction value across M&A, capital raising, and debt structuring mandates. Our team has advised on some of the most significant transactions in Brazil and Asia, acting on both buy-side and sell-side engagements for strategic and financial investors alike.

As our Southeast Asian franchise continues to grow, we are expanding our presence across key regional markets. With dedicated teams based in Bangkok, Vietnam, and Indonesia, we are actively advising clients on a growing pipeline of cross-border and domestic transactions throughout the region.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the execution of M&A, capital raising, and debt advisory transactions
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction support materials
• Prepare presentations, pitch books, teasers, information memoranda, and other client-facing materials
• Conduct industry, company, and market research to support transaction execution and business development efforts
• Assist with due diligence processes, data room management, and coordination with clients, investors, and external advisors
• Contribute to business development initiatives and internal projects
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
  
  

About You

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance or a Big Four firm
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Fluency in English and Thai is required
• Strong financial modelling, quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel (domestic and international)
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Experience and track-record in M&A sell-side and buy-side processes (deal experience in renewable energy, F&B, agri-business will be an advantage)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving
