Corporate Finance Director (BTS Silom)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Director to lead the company's corporate finance, treasury, capital structure, and funding strategy.

Working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors, this role will oversee corporate financial planning, liquidity management, debt financing, investor relations, and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will also provide strategic financial advice to support the company's continued growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance & Treasury

• Develop and execute long-term corporate finance and capital allocation strategies.
• Oversee treasury, liquidity, risk management, and capital structure optimization.
• Ensure effective financial planning to support business growth.

Debt & Corporate Finance

• Lead the end-to-end process for corporate bond/debenture issuance and management.
• Oversee financial modelling and funding initiatives.
• Develop appropriate financing strategies to support expansion and investment.

Board & Executive Advisory

• Work closely with the CEO and Board on strategic financial decisions.
• Prepare and present financial, risk, and performance updates to senior leadership.
• Provide advice on budgeting, capital requirements, and overall financial performance.

Regulatory & Investor Relations

• Serve as a key financial liaison with regulatory authorities, including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
• Manage relationships with institutional investors, debenture holders, and banking partners.
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate finance and public debt requirements.

Leadership & Governance

• Lead and develop a finance organization of 10+ professionals, including Finance Managers and Assistant Manager-level teams.
• Establish strong financial controls, governance, and operating processes.
• Oversee finance operations across the Bangkok headquarters and manufacturing facilities.

Candidate Profile

• Strong track record in Corporate Finance and Treasury, with hands-on experience in corporate bond/debenture issuance and management.
• Experience within capital-intensive industries is preferred.
• Senior-level executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with the Board, investors, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams of 10+ finance professionals.
• Strong understanding of SEC regulations, corporate governance, and public debt compliance.
• Strong financial modelling, strategic planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
