We are looking for a commercial‑minded Real Estate professional to support logistics and industrial expansion in Thailand, with exposure to Vietnam and emerging markets.
This role focuses on real estate strategy, leasing, transactions, and investment thinking — not day‑to‑day facility or engineering management.
What You'll Do
- Act as a real estate business partner supporting expansion and portfolio strategy
- Lead and support site sourcing, leasing, renewals, and transaction negotiations
- Evaluate opportunities with a financial and investment lens (cost, flexibility, long‑term value)
- Engage closely with industrial developers, landlords, and consultants
- Work with Legal and Finance on property law, contracts, and commercial terms
- Support growth across Thailand and selected emerging markets in the region
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in Real Estate / Leasing / Investment / Property Consulting
- Strong exposure to logistics or industrial real estate
- Solid understanding of property law, lease structures, and commercial negotiations
- Commercial or financial background (Real Estate, Finance, Business, Law; CPA/CFA is a plus)
- Strong network with industrial developers / landowners (e.g. Frasers, WHA, TCC Group)
