Job Description
- Support the development and execution of corporate strategies, long-term business plans, and key strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry studies to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare strategic recommendations and presentations for executives and the Board.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation, operational excellence, and corporate performance improvements.
- Track and monitor strategic KPIs, project progress, and market trends to support timely decision-making.
- Lead or support strategic projects such as product portfolio reviews, partnership evaluations, and new business initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
- 3-7 years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate planning, management consulting, business analytic, or related strategic roles.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strategic frameworks
