OUR OPPORTUNITIES:

Corporate Venture Investment position

*This position is for candidates below Manager level only*

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities aligned with Thai Oil Group's strategic growth objectives.
• Conduct commercial, financial, and technical due diligence throughout the investment process.
• Participate in investment structuring, negotiations, execution, and portfolio management.
• Support portfolio companies in fundraising, business development, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and manage investment strategies to deliver both strategic and financial returns.
• Monitor emerging technologies, market trends, and innovation opportunities relevant to Thai Oil Group's businesses.

REQUIRMENT

• Experience in Corporate Venture Capital, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, M&A, or Strategy.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, valuation, and communication skills.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) and an MBA from a recognized university are mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemicals, or Technology-driven industries is preferred.

Technical Knowledge

• Familiarity with Oil & Gas value chain, refinery or petrochemical processes, energy transition, industrial technology, digitalization, AI, or sustainability-related technologies would be an advantage.
