Cost Accountant / Cost Controller

Location: Amata City Industrial Estate, Rayong, Thailand

Salary: THB 35,000–45,000/month + THB 5,000 in benefits

Bonus: 1-month fixed bonus + 1–3 months bonus

We are looking for a hands-on Cost Accountant/Cost Controller to join a rubber manufacturing plant in Rayong, Thailand.

This role is ideal for someone with a manufacturing finance background who enjoys working with cost data, analyzing production variances, and turning ERP data into accurate, actionable cost reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage standard costing, inventory valuation, and production cost variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and analyze manufacturing costs.
• Monitor budgets, cost performance, and production expenses.
• Extract and analyze ERP data using Excel to improve cost reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Support accounts receivable and tax-related activities.
• Work closely with the plant finance team and international colleagues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cost accounting or cost control, strong candidates with less experience may also be considered.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the rubber or automotive parts industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems; EPICOR experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of standard costing, inventory valuation, and production variance analysis.
• Able to commute to Amata City independently or willing to relocate to Rayong.
