Country Finance Business Partner

Overview:

Lead the Finance partnership with the business to achieve the strategic and operational goals of the business unit or project. Provide advice, guidance and support to business leaders, enabling and influencing decision-making to achieve optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Finance partnership with the business to achieve the strategic and operational goals of the business unit or project
• Provide advice, guidance and support to business leaders, enabling and influencing decision-making to achieve optimal performance
• Manage the Regional / Functional / Project P&L – accountable jointly with the head of the business unit / project
• Implement the organization's finance policies and procedures within the business unit/project
• Manage the flows of accurate and timely financial information between business unit/project and central finance functions
• Develop the professional capability of the finance team and the financial understanding of non-finance managers

Qualifications:

• MBA or other Finance/Business qualification
• Extensive work experience in Finance Function
• Qualified specialist finance professional
• Significant post-qualification experience
• Experience of working across a global organization
• In-depth understanding of regulatory/statutory requirements and governance principles/SOX
• Experience of working with senior Management
• Varied range of experiences in specialist Finance with specific expertise in related specialist area
• Team leadership / management experience
• Project Management
• Specialist financial qualification to support general financial qualifications
