Responsibilities

Business Strategy & P&L Management

• Formulate annual business plans and 3–5 year mid-to-long-term development strategies for Southeast Asia, with a robust budget allocation framework.
• Assume full accountability for regional P&L and overall business performance; conduct regular operational reviews, implement corrective measures as needed, and drive service transformation and market share growth.

Innovation & Market Expansion

• Continuously monitor emerging trends in the cold chain and commercial refrigeration sectors across Southeast Asia, and spearhead localized innovation in products and solutions.
• Build and nurture a strategic partner ecosystem; design and execute phased market entry strategies for new and emerging markets within the region.

Organizational Capability & Talent Development

• Diagnose current organizational effectiveness and champion agile structural transformation alongside digitalized operations.
• Lead multicultural teams across Thailand and Vietnam; develop a robust pipeline of high-potential talent, steadily advancing management localization and fostering a high-performance culture.

Compliance & External Relations

• Ensure full compliance with local labor, tax, and commercial regulations in markets such as Thailand and Vietnam.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, industry associations, and key stakeholders; represent CCR at industry forums to enhance brand visibility and influence.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Refrigeration, HVAC, Business Administration, or related disciplines. An MBA or Master’s degree in Management is highly preferred.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 15 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the cold chain, commercial refrigeration, or HVAC industries.
• Proven track record in the Southeast Asian market and prior experience as a Regional General Manager in a multinational corporation; candidates with demonstrable success in business transformation or organizational change management will be given preference.

Core Competencies

• Solid operational and financial acumen, with hands-on experience managing full P&L responsibility.
• Strategic thinker with a strong innovation mindset; in-depth knowledge of the supermarket and cold storage segments within the cold chain industry.
• Practical experience in organizational design and talent development, complemented by exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.

Language Proficiency

• Thai: Native or fluent (essential for daily management and government liaison).
• English: Fluent at a business level (required for cross-border communication and negotiations).
• Chinese: Proficient (preferred, to facilitate strategic alignment with headquarters).
