Job Description

Role Overview

The General Manager will be responsible for leading and expanding the company's Thailand business, with full accountability for commercial performance, operations, and people management. This role requires a strong leader with extensive management and/or sales experience in the logistics or supply chain industry, capable of driving sustainable growth while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Thailand business in alignment with global corporate objectives
  • Drive revenue growth through business development, key account management, and sales strategy execution
  • Represent the company in the Thailand market and support regional expansion initiatives as required
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and cost control across logistics functions
  • Manage and develop the local team, fostering a high‑performance and results‑driven culture
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and global governance standards
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for regional and global management

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of relevant management and/or sales experience, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth in a competitive market
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrix‑driven organization
  • Strong understanding of the Thailand market; experience working with multinational companies is highly preferred
  • Fluency in Thai is required; business‑level English proficiency is essential
