Country Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on Thailand's Distributed Photovoltaic (DPV) market, lead the Thailand DPV project development team, and achieve business development goals.
• Formulate and implement the Thailand development plan; actively expand local customer resources, including but not limited to government agencies, corporate customers and partners. Establish stable cooperative relationships to achieve project development, conversion and profit goals.
• Cooperate closely with other departments to ensure high-quality and efficient customer service and seamless project execution.
• Actively carry out brand promotion activities in the Thai market to enhance the company's popularity and influence in the local DPV field.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks in Southeast Asian business operations, such as policy risks and market risks, and formulate corresponding mitigation measures to ensure the stable development of the company's business.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in English and Thai, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, capable of conducting business negotiations and drafting documents in both languages.
• A bachelor's degree or above recognized by the state.
• At least 3 years of experience in Thailand's DPV market development, 1 year of team management experience is preferred, and have in-depth understanding of Thailand's market environment, business culture and laws and regulations.
• Familiar with all links of the DPV industry chain, and understand the technical characteristics and market conditions of DPV products.
• Have excellent market insight, business negotiation skills, team management skills, and communication and coordination skills; be proactive in work, have strong pressure resistance, and be full of pioneering spirit.
• Able to adapt to long-term business trips, salary is negotiable based on experience.
