Analyze and research the decision-making logic and behavior paths of different types of individual investors; develop user operations strategies to enhance community engagement and activity
Identify and nurture high-potential community users (primarily Thai-speaking); refine the user growth system and incentivize quality content creation
Regularly track industry peers activities and creative community engagement tactics; conduct strategy reviews and optimizations based on existing operational initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above; background in Finance or Financial Engineering preferred. Excellent Thai and English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); overseas study/work experience is a plus
1+ year of work experience; experience in Thai cultural research, community operations, or financial industry operations preferred
High sensitivity to financial news and market trends; US stock investment experience is a plus
Strong self-motivation and sense of ownership; capable of independent analysis, performance review, and cross-department collaboration
