Picture yourself brightening someone's day. When you join our Hotels team, that's exactly what you'll do every time you come to work! You will support the finance lead, ensure a robust control and compliance environment, and assist the hotel (s) in maximizing profit. As a
Credit Manager, you're not just a trusted advisor to finance team members and other hotel business partners – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Operational Support: Assist the Finance Leader in tasks that ensure smooth and efficient department operations.
- Credit & Collections: Manage credit facilities, billing, and collections in full compliance with policies and regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with hotel finance and management teams, fostering strong relationships across departments and stakeholders.
- Customer Service Excellence: Support the development of high-performing finance teams and participate in relevant training programs.

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3–5 years in credit control, cost management, or hotel operations, with leadership exposure
- Proficient in financial systems, reporting tools, and hotel management software (e.g., OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK)
- Strong skills in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Familiar with regulatory standards, internal controls, and audit procedures
- Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and deadline-driven
- Fluent in English; strong cross-department collaboration
