- Process Design & Documentation: Design and establish end-to-end workflows for credit document reviews, including defining required documentation and setting clear verification protocols for credit applicants.
- SOP Development: Formulate, document, and regularly review SOPs and technical guidelines to ensure compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory standards.
- Training & Onboarding: Facilitate impactful and targeted training sessions to onboard and upskill agents, ensuring the frontline team is proficient in executing the established credit processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements to streamline credit assessment efficiency and enhance risk outcomes.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Credit Underwriting, Lending, or Credit Operations (experience in Fintech or Banking is highly preferred).
- Process Expertise: Proven track record in developing operational workflows, SOPs, and technical manuals.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of credit assessment methodologies and document verification techniques.
- Stakeholder Management: Confident in collaborating with both local technical teams and regional stakeholders.
