Key Responsibilities

• Roster Optimization: Supervise the creation of monthly schedules, ensuring 100% legality regarding CAAT and company rules.
• Manpower Planning: Analyze crew pairings and ground activities (training, leave requests, etc.) to ensure optimal workforce allocation.
• Data & Reporting: Generate critical monthly reports including Block Hours, Pairing reports, and Pilot Route Training for management and CAAT submission.
• Team Development: Transfer knowledge and mentor team members to build a high-performing, resilient rostering unit.
• Coordination: Act as the bridge between departments to resolve irregularities and ensure all crew members are fully qualified for duty.
