Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on CRM & Growth Automation Specialist to turn business and growth needs into practical CRM, automation, and data solutions.
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will work across Growth, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Data, Product, and Technology to improve how we manage leads and customers, automate processes, connect systems, and use data to support better commercial decisions.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys getting into the details: building in HubSpot, analysing funnel performance, automating manual processes, troubleshooting issues, and working with technical teams to implement improvements.
You should be comfortable taking a business problem, understanding the process and data behind it, identifying what needs to change, and following through from solution design to implementation and measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & HubSpot
- Own the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of HubSpot across pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, forms, lists, workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Build and maintain CRM workflows supporting lead management, sales processes, customer onboarding, lifecycle engagement, and other commercial processes.
- Improve lead routing, handoffs, pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and data quality across teams.
- Translate business requirements into practical and scalable HubSpot solutions while considering downstream impacts on processes, systems, and data.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues, test changes, and ensure workflows and processes operate reliably.
- Work across relevant HubSpot Hubs, including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hub.
Automation & Systems
- Identify manual or inefficient processes and build practical automations using HubSpot, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
- Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot, internal platforms, and third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods where appropriate.
- Design automation logic, field mappings, triggers, and data flows based on business and operational requirements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automations and integrations, working with Product, Engineering, or Data teams when issues extend beyond the CRM or automation layer.
- Maintain clear documentation of key automations, integrations, system logic, and business rules.
- Explore and apply AI and emerging technologies where they can meaningfully improve processes, productivity, or automation.
Data, Growth & Business Analytics
- Analyse CRM and business data to understand funnel performance, customer behaviour, conversion, pipeline health, and other commercial performance drivers.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable visibility to Growth, Sales, and other business teams.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use customer and CRM data to support segmentation, lead qualification, sales prioritisation, lifecycle initiatives, and growth experiments.
- Investigate data inconsistencies and work with Data and Technology teams to identify root causes and improve data reliability.
- Use SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools, and CRM reporting to extract, validate, and analyse data.
- Translate business questions into measurable metrics, analysis, and practical recommendations.
Project Delivery & Cross-functional Coordination
- Manage CRM, automation, data, and process improvement initiatives from requirement gathering through implementation, testing, and rollout.
- Work with business stakeholders to clarify objectives, scope, requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, and other teams where initiatives require cross-functional or technical implementation.
- Break requirements into clear actions, manage dependencies and follow-ups, and keep initiatives moving toward completion.
- Coordinate testing and UAT to ensure implemented solutions meet agreed-upon business requirements before rollout.
- Maintain appropriate project and implementation documentation using tools such as Notion, Figma, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Track outcomes after implementation and identify follow-up improvements where needed.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, Business Systems, Automation, or a similar hands-on role.
- Strong hands-on experience with a major CRM platform such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM, including workflows, automation, pipelines, fields/properties, lists, forms, and system configuration.
- Experience working across different CRM functions, such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and building automated workflows and business processes, using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
- Experience connecting CRM and business systems through third-party integrations, with a practical understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, field mapping, triggers, and data flows.
- Ability to identify manual or inefficient processes and translate business requirements into practical, scalable automation solutions.
- Good understanding of lead lifecycle, sales funnels, customer journeys, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
- Comfortable working with CRM data, including data cleaning, validation, segmentation, migration, and maintaining data quality.
- Basic working knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or BI platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot workflows, integrations, and system issues.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, e-commerce, or another digital business.
- Experience with BI and analytics platforms such as Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
- HubSpot certifications.
Benefits:

Flexible hybrid working, with work from home every Wednesday plus 15 additional WFH days each year.
Free lunch every Tuesday and desserts every Friday—because good food makes workdays better.
Comprehensive health insurance to support your well-being.
