Position: CRM & Marketing Manager
Our client seeking a CRM & Marketing Manager with experience in the automotive industry to manage the end-to-end customer journey, from lead generation and sales handoff to post-sales engagement. This role is ideal for a data-driven and strategic professional who can leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to manage leads, enhance customer loyalty, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Service teams to deliver a seamless, measurable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Customer Journey Management:
Manage customer leads from initial interest through sales handoff and post-sales follow-up
Ensure smooth processes that maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction
Data-Driven Marketing Strategy Development:
Analyze customer data to design personalized marketing campaigns
Optimize alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Service teams for maximum impact
Lead Management & Process Optimization:
Distribute qualified leads to sales teams systematically
Improve lead handoff processes to increase sales conversion rates
CRM & Marketing Automation Oversight:
Maintain data accuracy and integrity within CRM systems
Optimize workflows and ensure system efficiency for campaigns and lead management
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track campaign performance and customer metrics
Prepare reports on key KPIs including ROI, revenue growth, and conversion rates for management review
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a positive customer experience
