- End-to-End CTO Project Leadership: Plan, lead, and execute strategic projects spanning First Mile (including AG & LP), Direct Delivery, Mega Hub, and Last Mile operations.
- Operational Performance & Quality Initiatives: Partner with Performance Control and Quality Control teams to implement project solutions targeting network SLA improvements, reduction of Stuck/Lost packages and High-Value Item (HVI) losses, and streamlining Return & Refusal (RR) and COP processes.
- Fleet & Capacity Optimization: Work alongside Fleet Subcon teams (In-City, FM, and LM Fleet Planning) to run fleet utilization, route efficiency, and subcontractor cost-optimization projects.
- Resource & Efficiency Governance: Collaborate with Resource Planning (Shift, OT, and Asset teams) to manage projects focused on productivity enhancement, overtime budget control, and operational asset utilization.
- System & Tool Enablement: Coordinate with Support Functions to drive field adoption and continuous improvements for operational tools (e.g., Smart Map, FLM systems, Direct Delivery tracking).
- Team Leadership & Reporting: Manage Project Support Associates, track project milestones, establish PMO governance, and report project progress directly to the Control Tower Lead and Head of CTO.
- 4–6 years of experience in PMO, project management, or operational excellence in express delivery, 3PL, e-commerce logistics, or logistics network expansion.
- Comprehensive operational knowledge across direct logistics networks, Seller Onsite operations, retail drop-off models, and outsourced Last Mile models (Agent Model & 3PL/LM Partners).
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects, managing external partners, and driving field adoption.
- Advanced analytical and data-driven problem-solving capabilities (SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel).
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
