Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are built to the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure seamless integration and performance of the applications you create. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate. - Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
