The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts plans to deliver effective and efficient software solutions.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Document design specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in configuring and customizing software applications to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs within the Pega environment.
