Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and function seamlessly within the intended environment. The role also includes overseeing the progress of development activities and ensuring timely delivery of solutions that align with project goals and organizational standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
• Strong expertise in database design and optimization techniques related to SAP HANA environments.
• Experience in developing complex data models and analytical views to support business intelligence requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues within SAP HANA applications.
• Familiarity with integration of SAP HANA models with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Skilled in writing efficient SQL scripts and procedures to enhance data processing and reporting.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
