Customer Service Executive

The Customer Service Executive is responsible to the head of marketing for the following function

• To provide administrative support to the customers on-site.
• To ensure that the customer offices and equipment are in acceptable condition.
• To identify, recommend and maintain a supply of gift items for customers.
• To maintain an ample supply of promotional and office materials.
• To assist ST Engineering Aerospace Corporate Communication in developing promotional materials.
• Other duties as directed from time to time by Head of Marketing, or in his absence, the Senior Manager of Marketing, or appointed Account Manager
