Job Description
Job Summary
- Work location: North Management Office: 27 Co Linh Street, Long Bien Ward, Ha Noi
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 -17:00
- Report to: Supervisor
- Support the Customer Service (CS) Supervisor in planning and implementing the following activities:
- Develop an overall pre-opening work plan for the Customer Service and Trolley teams.
- Develop training plans and monitor the training progress of Supervisors for new projects.
- Participate in interviews for junior-level positions.
- Support the adjustment of SOW contents based on actual operational requirements.
- Support the development of training plans and consolidation of training materials and procedures for new employees.
- Support the development of patrol plans for CS and Trolley staff during the pre-opening, opening, and post-opening periods.
- Support the preparation of layouts for the placement of shopping baskets and trolleys in supermarket and department store areas.
- Support meetings and coordination with AMV/AVN on relevant procedures, including lost-and-found handling and customer feedback handling.
- Conduct supplier surveys and develop recruitment criteria for CS patrol staff and Trolley staff.
- Support recruitment progress tracking and participate in interviews for supplier staff.
- Evaluate and propose solutions for CS and Trolley-related matters before opening, including the information counter layout, counter equipment, trolley staging area, trolley cleaning area, stroller parking area, etc.
- College/University degree in a relevant field.
- Good English communication skills.
- Quick-thinking, able to work independently and under pressure.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good skills in data consolidation, reporting, and analysis.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for business.
