Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Merchant Operations: Manage international SaaS business within the home furnishing industry (primarily for the Thailand market) referred by the sales department. Responsibilities include daily communication, troubleshooting, and collecting client needs/feedback to provide premium service through internal and external coordination.
  2. Client Engagement: Enhance client stickiness and satisfaction through regular communication, on-site visits, and other operational strategies to maintain strong long-term partnerships.
  3. Project Implementation: Gain deep insights into client status and requirements to provide professional, customized project solutions; guide clients toward deep cooperation and drive Customer Success.
  4. Retention & Upselling: Drive contract renewals and identify potential client needs to provide value-added services.
  5. Data Analysis: Take ownership of metrics such as tool adoption and user activity; utilize data to identify pain points, analyze operational effectiveness, and provide strategic solutions.
  6. Product Influence: Maintain a product-centric mindset to guide and drive product iterations and ensure successful feature implementation.

Qualifications

  1. Language & Travel: Proficient in Thai (Native or bilingual proficiency) English (Business proficiency), Chinese is plus. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  2. Core Competencies: Exceptional communication and logical thinking skills with a big-picture perspective. Goal-oriented with disciplined process management habits.
  3. Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales (New Business) or Customer Success within the home furnishing/interior design industry. Experience managing large-scale key accounts with a mature strategic mindset for client operations.
  4. Soft Skills: Proactive and agile learner with an innovative mindset. Demonstrates patience, strong service awareness, and a deep sense of responsibility toward clients. High resilience under pressure, a collaborative team player, and a willingness to share knowledge. Proven success in project advancement or client services is required.
  5. Corporate Background: Experience in medium-to-large-scale enterprises is preferred, with professional work habits and values that align with Coohom's culture.
