Lead and manage a team of Data Architects and Data Engineers to design, develop, and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data infrastructure to support business requirements
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure the effective and efficient use of data within the organization
Ensure that all data models and ETL processes are compliant with data governance policies and procedures established by the Data Governance and Management Team
Develop and maintain documentation of all data models and ETL processes
Monitor and maintain the overall data architecture to ensure alignment with the enterprise data strategy and emerging technologies
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data architecture and engineering and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Work collaboratively with other teams, including IT and business operations, to ensure effective and efficient use of data across the organization
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members and promote a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization
