Data Center Construction Manager

Join Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and help deliver the data centers that power our cloud.

As a Data Center Construction Manager, you'll lead site execution for complex data center projects in Thailand and support delivery across the wider JAPAC region. You'll coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects safe, on schedule, within budget, and built to the required quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day construction delivery for data center projects in Thailand and across JAPAC as needed.
• Manage site execution, contractor performance, safety, quality, schedule, cost, and project coordination.
• Partner with design, operations, procurement, finance, legal, project controls, and other teams to keep delivery on track.
• Review project schedules, method statements, RFIs, submittals, change requests, and progress reports.
• Identify and escalate risks, blockers, delays, cost impacts, quality issues, and safety concerns.
• Support contractor onboarding, site mobilization, construction readiness, and project kickoffs.
• Lead site walks, progress reviews, contractor meetings, and stakeholder updates.
• Support cost tracking, change-order review, forecasting, and invoice validation.
• Drive compliance with company standards, local requirements, and construction governance.
• Support commissioning, handover, closeout, lessons learned, and transition to operations.

What You'll Bring

• 9+ years of construction management experience in data centers, critical facilities, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong experience managing contractors, vendors, consultants, and technical construction teams.
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, and architectural construction activities.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and project reporting.
• Experience with project controls, change management, cost forecasting, and construction governance.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders, countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Thailand or Southeast Asia construction markets is an advantage.
