Job Description

What we need:

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Facility Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and first-line maintenance of mission-critical data center infrastructure during assigned shifts.

This role acts as the shift lead, ensuring safe operations, high availability, incident response, and

coordination with vendors.

Working Conditions:

• 24x7 rotating shift environment including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• On-site role within a mission-critical operational facility.

• This role will be based in Chonburi, Thailand.

Responsibilities:

• Execute shift-based operations ensure the data center meet or exceed the services (power,

temperature, relative humidity) performance & Uptime target.

• Ensure the data center critical systems e.g. Electrical, Cooling, Fire Protection & Building Management

System (BMS) are operating in healthy state and providing the lowest possible PUE.

• Implement the MEP maintenance and monitoring policy & documents / drawings are updated.

• Maintain appropriate vendor relationships to perform the necessary infrastructure repair and

maintenance.

• Ensure DC operations are certification compliance for Information Security Management (ISM),

Environment, Health & Safety (EHS).

• Provide support to Sales and deliver good results in customer service & customer

satisfaction responses.

Actively champion and implement the organization's policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Engineering, or a related field

• 3–6 years of experience in data center operations, critical facilities, or mission-critical environments

(e.g., hospitals, airports, industrial plants).

• Strong hands-on knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in 24x7 operations.

• Prior experience working in shift-based operations and acting as a shift lead or senior technician is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with SOPs, EOPs, MOPs, permit-to-work systems, and incident management processes.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CDCP, trade licenses, OEM training) are an advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under pressure.

• Ability to work independently while leading shift activities.

• Clear communication skills for handovers, reporting, and vendor coordination.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and uptime.

• Fluent in Thai with working knowledge of English is required for documentation and escalation.
