Job Responsibilities -
Migration Execution, Governance & Quality Assurance:
- Readiness Oversight: Support, monitor and govern data migration activities by data owners, ensuring they adhere to the global Definition of Done.
- Execute ETL activities aligned to the data migration framework for Thailand.
- Data Validation: Lead the analysis of data structures and perform Intermediate User Checks (IUC) to guarantee data integrity.
- Deliverables: Create and own the data migration approach and final data migration report; Act as the final quality gate for market data deliverables, ensuring completeness and accuracy
before system ingestion.
Data Governance:
- Standardisation: Drive the adoption of shared data definitions and regional standards to enable unified reporting and analytics for Thailands.
- Privacy & Compliance: Ensure all data activities comply with regional regulations and global data privacy standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the central coordination point for data work for Thailand, collaborating with local and regional stakeholders from product, business, Transformation and other workstreams.
- Regional Alignment: Work closely with the Regional Solution Owners and Regional Data Lead to ensure regional data models align with global system behaviours.
Experience & Domain Expertise:
- Data Leadership: 5+ years of experience in Data Migration within large-scale ERP transformations.
- ERP Proficiency: Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (highly preferred) or other major ERPs like SAP or Oracle.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of how data structures impact Finance and Media processes (billing, scheduling, financial reporting).
Technical Skills:
- ETL & Data Modeling: Expert-level knowledge of ETL frameworks and data mapping architectures.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in data profiling, cleansing, and performing complex validation (IUC checks).
- Database Skills: Ability to work with complex data sets; proficiency in SQL or data manipulation tools is a significant plus.
