Summary:

As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration across various systems and data models. The position demands active engagement in aligning platform components to support organizational data needs, fostering a cohesive and efficient data environment. The engineer plays a key role in coordinating efforts that enhance the overall data infrastructure, ensuring that the platform supports current and future business requirements effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of data platform strategies to optimize performance and scalability.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data platform objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Data Visualization Techniques.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong knowledge of data integration principles and best practices.
