About the Role

Responsible for ensuring that AIA conducts business in compliance with ethical business practices, AIA policies and legal requirements

. Develop procedures intended to prevent unethical and illegal conduct
. Drive organisation culture, awareness and ethics towards rigorous risk management and strict compliance
. Develop and deliver compliance training as needed
. Set up policies and guidelines to ensure alignment and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements

. Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
