Key Responsibilities:

• Build and improve approval and limit management strategies
• Collect and clean data; build analytical datasets for analysis and reporting
• Assess new data sources for potential use
• Build new features for ML models and evaluate their performance
• Try new ML modeling approaches to improve model performance
• Set up AI agent flows to automate or augment processes
• Build financial models to forecast new product profitability
• Design and execute experiments to test policy effects
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement policies
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly

Qualifications:

• Ambition to outperform: A strong drive to achieve and advance rapidly through hard work and continuous learning
• Resilience and commitment in a fast-paced environment: Enthusiasm for building a fintech and readiness to exert utmost effort to find solutions, especially when facing urgent, unforeseen challenges
• Proactive and impactful: A desire to dig deeper, think innovatively, and consistently deliver beyond expectations, with a ruthless focus on business impact
• Commitment to quality: Taking pride in the high quality and accuracy of your work
• Proficiency with analytical tools like Excel, Jupyter Notebook, Databricks, or similar.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or another quantitative field
• Working proficiency in English
