about the role

Design, build, and deploy high-impact statistical and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Manage end-to-end data science projects, from exploratory analysis and feature engineering to deployment and performance monitoring.
Write clean, maintainable Python code for production environments using standard software engineering practices.
Translate technical insights and recommendations into clear strategy for business leaders and cross-functional teams.
Mentor junior data team members, fostering technical growth and sharing analytical best practices.

skills and experience

Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 1-2 years of strong track record of developing and deploying machine learning solutions in business settings (customer forecasting and prediction of habits etc)
Advanced proficiency in Python, machine learning libraries, and cloud platforms (GCP or equivalent).
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Proven experience in technical leadership or mentoring junior team members.
