Position: BI Developer (Global HRIS)

Level: Deputy Department Manager

Work location: Samut Sakhon, TUTH3

Responsibility

• People Analytics & Reporting
• Design and develop global HR dashboards and reports.
• Build executive-level workforce analytics solutions.
• Develop KPI scorecards and HR metrics frameworks.
• Deliver actionable insights on workforce trends and organizational performance.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requested by HR leadership and business stakeholders
• Power BI Development
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create DAX measures, calculation groups, and advanced analytics.
• Optimize report performance and usability.
• Manage security roles and row-level security.
• Maintain dashboard governance standards.
• Predictive Analytics & AI Enablement
• Support predictive workforce analytics initiatives.
• Develop attrition, hiring, and workforce forecasting models.
• Participate in AI-powered HR analytics projects.
• Assist in developing data pipelines for machine learning applications.
  
  

Qualification

• 3-7 years in BI, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• Experience with enterprise reporting environments.
• HR analytics experience is an advantage.
• Must good in Power BI, SQL Server, Data Modeling, ETL / ELT Development, DAX, Excel Advanced
• Ability in Python, Azure Data Platform, Fabric
