What You'll Do
- Provide forecast analysis to key stakeholders through analysis market, customers, sales and product data of AP Aviation business to effectively estimate future demand plan to improve forecast accuracy.
- Assist Demand Planning Manager in collecting data, preparing reports and developing the demand forecast. Facilitating the demand plan meeting and preparing data, key performance metrics for the Demand plan and S&OP meetings
- Monthly update Tire Pool Management for SUP customers and Key Customers. Monitor and report on daily Sales performance, follow up and raise issue to Manager if any.
- Communicate consensus demand, demand related to stakeholder reviews and alignment across Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams with respective plans and strategies.
- Responsible for Material Master Data and Product hierarchy for Aviation Team.
- Represent Demand Planning Manager in some particular meetings/tasks e.g. Sales Gap Meeting, Pre-demand Meeting.
- Prepare reports and related documentation to support Management and Supply chain team.
- Provide Ad hoc analysis when required to assist in key decision-making points
- Streamline forecasting and planning processes through creative problem-solving and automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Apply logical frameworks to calculate tire pool requirements and analyze demand scenarios for new business to support risk mitigation and supply alignment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce Business, Production operations, statistical analysis
- 3 - 5 years of supply chain planning experience in aviation or other industry as planner or other related discipline
- English proficiency both written and spoken - must have
- Knowledge of Aviation products and business, experience working in a detail spreadsheet environment.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
