Department Manager - Format Program Supermarket Execution (New/Refresh)

Key Responsibility:

• Execute rollout, refresh, and operational transformation projects.
• Ensure execution standards and compliance with program governance requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness and stakeholder alignment for program implementation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Track execution performance and provide regular project status updates.
• Ensure smooth project handover and post-implementation support.
