Job Description
The Deputy Director - Industrial Park role leads the overall operational strategy, sustainability, and business performance of an industrial park in the EEC area. This onsite position drives operational excellence, infrastructure development, regulatory compliance, tenant satisfaction, and strategic initiatives to ensure the park remains competitive, efficient, and aligned with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the industrial park's operational strategy in alignment with corporate goals
- Oversee infrastructure, utilities, maintenance, landscaping, waste management, and common area management
- Establish long-term business plans, performance targets, and operational policies
- Lead key transformation initiatives, including digitalisation, sustainability, and smart industrial park programmes
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all park functions
- Monitor and optimise the overall operational and financial performance of the industrial park
- Oversee strategic planning for infrastructure, utilities, facilities, and common area assets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, environmental requirements, and industrial park standards
- Oversee enterprise risk management, business continuity, and crisis response frameworks
- Promote a strong culture of governance, safety, environmental responsibility, and compliance across the organisation
- Drive industrial ecosystem development and promote sustainable growth within the park
- Support tenant satisfaction through effective industrial park operations and strategic development
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Urban Development, or a related field
- 10 years or more of experience in industrial parks, utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate, or large-scale operations
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, strategy execution, and operational governance
- Knowledge of industrial infrastructure, utilities management, environmental, social, and governance principles, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline is preferred
- Work location: EEC area
- Salary: THB 130,000–200,000 per month, open to negotiation
