Job Description

Responsibilities

Design and develop electronic circuits and PCB layouts for air conditioner products.
Manage product development to meet project timelines, objectives, and cost targets.
Create and maintain BOMs in SAP and develop product prototypes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for trial builds and product testing.
Conduct testing, analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and prepare test reports.
Issue technical drawings, documentation, and manuals to support mass production.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Technology (Electronics), or related field.
Experience in PCB design and/or electronic circuit design.
Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes and electrical measurement tools.
Knowledge of SAP BOM management.
Understanding of EMI/EMC and electrical safety standards.
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English.

Preferred

Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or air conditioner product development.
