AI-ASSISTED DEVELOPMENT & APPLICATION MAINTENANCE

We're looking for a hands-on developer who combines solid engineering skills with effective use of AI coding tools. Your main focus will be maintaining existing business applications: troubleshooting issues, fixing bugs, supporting integrations and making services more dependable. You'll also build features, automations and new applications under our technology lead's guidance. We value someone who asks good questions, proposes useful improvements and follows agreed work through to completion.

What you'll do

• Maintain and troubleshoot: understand existing code, reproduce problems and trace issues across the interface, API and database.

• Improve reliability: fix recurring errors, support releases, improve logging and add useful tests.

• Build practical solutions: turn business needs into features, automations and applications, discussing the approach and trade-offs before implementation.

• Take initiative: identify repetitive work or recurring problems, suggest solutions and help prioritise improvements.

• Communicate clearly: keep colleagues updated, raise blockers early, verify results and document what others need to know.

Maintenance and support come first, with new development planned around those needs. You'll start with a focused scope and build familiarity with more applications over time.

What you'll bring

• Experience building and maintaining web applications, with examples you can explain.

• Full-stack development skills: experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework,plus backend development in a language such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or PHP. You can understand an existing application and make changes across its frontend and backend.

• Databases and integrations: practical SQL experience, familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and experience building or troubleshooting APIs and integrations between systems.

• Practical use of Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar coding agents on real projects, including planning tasks, providing context, reviewing changes and testing results.

• Reliable delivery: experience with Git, debugging, testing and application deployments, with an understanding of authentication, permissions and data integrity.

• Initiative, clear communication in working English and dependable follow-through during agreed working hours.

• Willingness to learn unfamiliar tools and work through existing code.

We're targeting a mid-level developer who can investigate routine issues and deliver agreed changes independently, while seeking guidance on unfamiliar or higher-risk work. You don't need experience with every technology listed. Strong fundamentals, practical judgement and the ability to learn matter more than a fixed number of years or a particular degree.

Experience with F&B, hospitality or business applications is a strong advantage. Relevant examples include project management tools, CRMs, ERPs and loyalty systems. We value understanding the processes behind the software - how teams organise work, manage customer relationships and coordinate operations - and turning that understanding into practical improvements.

How we'll work together

You'll work directly with our technology lead and colleagues who connect the technical team with operations, user feedback and onboarding. You'll contribute ideas, receive guidance and see how your work helps people in their daily jobs.

Bangkok-based candidates are preferred. Remote candidates should have consistent overlap with Bangkok working hours. The schedule will be agreed during hiring; any weekend or out-of-hours support is agreed separately.
