Role Overview

We are seeking aDevOps Engineer Lead (DevSecOps)to join ourSoftware Engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation ofsecure, scalable, and automated CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, enabling highquality and reliable application delivery.

You will act as asubject matter expert, providing technical leadership, advisory support, and decisionmaking across multiple teams. This role requires strong handson DevOps expertise, experience with cloud and container platforms, and the ability to embedsecurity best practicesthroughout the development and deployment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintainCI/CD pipelinesto support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
Build and configurecloudbased infrastructureusing automation and InfrastructureasCode approaches.
Lead the implementation ofDevSecOps practices, ensuring security is integrated across pipelines, infrastructure, and applications.
Work withcontainerization and orchestration platformsto enable scalable and resilient application deployments.
Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams(development, architecture, security, and operations) to design and implement endtoend DevOps solutions.
Monitor system performance, availability, and reliabilitytroubleshoot and resolve issuesto ensure optimal operation.
Implement and enforcesecurity best practicesto protect infrastructure and applications from threats.
Driveconfiguration and release management, ensuring consistent and reliable deployments across environments.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing tools, pipelines, and processes to enhanceefficiency, quality, and delivery speed.
Develop and maintaintechnical documentation, runbooks, and guidelines for DevOps processes and systems.
Providetechnical leadership and guidanceto team members, contributing to key decisions across multiple teams and workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience as aDevOps Engineer or DevOps Lead, with endtoend ownership of CI/CD and infrastructure.
Expert proficiency inDevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and monitoring.
Strong experience withcloud platformsand cloud automation.
Handson experience withcontainerization and orchestration technologies.
Solid understanding ofconfiguration management, release management, and continuous improvement practices.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.

Nice to Have

Experience implementingDevSecOpsin enterprise or largescale environments.
Exposure tofinancial services or regulated industries.
Background inconsulting or projectbased delivery environments.
Experience with InfrastructureasCode tools and modern monitoring platforms.
