Unmade and Hi-Tech Apparel together provide the world's leading sportswear brands with the digital solutions and manufacturing capabilities needed to enable on-demand and customised production. With the continued expansion of our joint capabilities, we are seeking a Digital Apparel Designer to join our Agile Product Creation team.

This role focuses on the development of a customisable product from brand direction and system requirements, utlilising Clo3D, Adobe Illustrator and Unmade's software. This detail-oriented role is perfect for someone comfortable working with new systems and data, and eager to build expertise in digital product setup and testing. You will collaborate closely with our Bangkok and London-based Digital Apparel Designers, product teams, and brand stakeholders to ensure all artwork adheres to Unmade's technical standards, factory specifications, and brand approval processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic international team tasked with creating innovative digital solutions for leading global sportswear brands.

• Create 3D Digital Garments in Clo3D from garment patterns, following customer specifications
• Create 2D graded design layout templates in Adobe Illustrator, following specifications required by Unmade software – grading designs across size ranges and following specific layer structuring and naming
• Clear and considered file management and versioning

• Collaborate with team members to launch projects
• Follow tasks assigned by the manager by understanding requirements, asking clarifying questions, and completing work on time with high quality
• Support colleagues with project definition and problem solving
• Communicate progress and status of work
• Work cross functionally with various teams

• Analyze issues and suggest improvements
• Participate in project reviews

• Adobe Illustrator - high proficiency
• Clo3D - high proficiency
• Written and spoken Thai (fluent) & English (conversational to fluent level)
• High attention to detail
• Confidence to communicate with various stakeholders around the world
• 2-5 years working in related design role

• Apparel technical design and grading background
• Garment pattern making knowledge
• Experience studying or working in an international environment or context
