We're looking for a data-driven Digital Growth Specialist Manager to own our online presence. You'll combine technical SEO with emerging AI-driven search strategies, paid campaigns, and link authority to grow organic and paid traffic and turn that traffic into guests.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the organic growth roadmap across SEO and AI-driven search, ensuring our brands are visible when customers are actively deciding where to go.
- Lead Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) efforts by structuring content and brand presence so our venues are consistently recommended in AI-generated answers across platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity AI.
- Improve website performance and booking conversion by optimizing structure, speed, and user journeys, with a clear focus on turning traffic into reservations and event revenue.
- Support paid search and retargeting efforts (Google Ads, Meta) to complement organic growth, with clear accountability on return from direct bookings.
- Build and maintain a clear performance dashboard tracking organic visibility, AI presence, traffic, conversion rates, and contribution to revenue across outlets.
- Develop authority and brand presence through partnerships with media, lifestyle platforms, and relevant publications to strengthen discoverability across both search and AI systems.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and outlet teams to support campaigns, events, and underperforming venues through targeted digital visibility strategies.
- Monitor competitor positioning across search, paid, and AI-driven discovery, and identify opportunities to improve our share of visibility.

- Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
