You will work side by side with our Creative Director in Bangkok to grow Wondertabs presence across Thailand, Singapore, Australia, and international markets by telling our story, identifying the brands we are meant to work with, and ensuring our work reaches the right audiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Research and identify ideal client companies across Thailand, Singapore, Australia, and International Market
  • Build and maintain qualified prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools
  • Run structured cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn to book discovery meetings for the Creative Director
  • Manage Wondertabs LinkedIn and social content calendar
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce case studies from completed client work
  • Draft SEO-focused content, blog articles, and landing page copy to support inbound lead generation
  • Prepare pitch decks, meeting briefs, and prospect research ahead of sales conversations
  • Support follow-up sequences and keep HubSpot CRM clean and up to date
  • Take structured notes during discovery calls and maintain clean client records
  • Run cold email and outreach experiments, reporting weekly on what is working and what is not
  • Coordinate with referral partners, introducers, and agency network contacts
  • Assist with tender submissions and proposal preparation where required
  • Work closely with our wider team across Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Australia
  • Assist in any other marketing, BD, or ad hoc duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, business development, agency work, or a closely related role
  • Must be based in Bangkok and available to work in person/remote
  • Must possess own Laptop
  • Portfolio or concrete examples of past work - campaigns run, content written, outreach sequences executed, deals supported
  • Fluent written and verbal English
  • Strong written and verbal and presentation skills in English
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, Canva, Google Workspace, and basic analytics tools
  • Computer savvy with a strong understanding of MS Office and Google Workspace programs
  • Ability to research, qualify, and approach prospects independently while taking direction on overall strategy
  • Open to constructive feedback and criticism
  • High levels of enthusiasm, creativity, and resourcefulness
  • Open-minded, teachable, inquisitive, proactive
  • Ability to work within a collaborative environment independently and as part of a team
  • Good time-management skills that allow you to work effectively under pressure
  • You must be able to take high-stress levels to meet deadlines
  • You must be willing to do all other Ad Hoc duties
  • Strong ability to pick up errors or predict errors
  • Can call or meet clients and partners for service or sales matters

  • Bonus points: previous agency experience, SaaS BDR / inside sales background, content writing or copywriting portfolio, or experience using AI tools in a marketing workflow
