About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive scalable growth through data-driven paid acquisition strategies. In this role, you will take ownership of performance campaigns across multiple digital channels, optimize marketing spend, and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across social, search, and in-app platforms (Big C Plus app)
• Manage and optimize budgets across Google, Meta, and emerging channels to maximize ROI and reduce CPA
• Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, creatives, and campaign structures
• Analyze performance data, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights using attribution models and tracking tools (API, SDK, etc.)
• Allocate budgets effectively to meet monthly growth targets
• Collaborate closely with creative and trade teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and visual assets
Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles (retail or eCommerce preferred)
• Strong expertise in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, AppsFlyer, or other MMP platforms
• Solid understanding of backend tracking, attribution models, APIs, and SDKs
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/SQL and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear strategies
