Summary

Company Description The Standard, Pattaya Na Jomtien is an upcoming beach resort opening in 2025, set in a tranquil coastal area renowned for its beaches and culinary scene. Designed with a playful, 60s-inspired aesthetic, the resort will feature a vibrant beach club and lush garden lounges that blend relaxation with energetic social spaces. Guests will enjoy private rooms and suites that emphasize comfort, style, and lush tropical surroundings. The property is envisioned as a destination where visitors can choose between dynamic, activity-filled days and peaceful, laid-back experiences-or enjoy both in balance. Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangkok, responsible for driving awareness and demand for The Standard, Pattaya Na Jomtien across digital channels. This role oversees the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid digital initiatives, to support brand positioning and revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing content calendars, coordinating with creative and operations teams, optimizing campaigns based on performance data, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms. The Digital Marketing Manager will monitor web analytics, manage lead generation efforts, and collaborate with sales and reservations teams to convert online interest into bookings. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity to refine digital strategy and enhance the resort's online presence.

Qualifications

Qualifications Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience planning and executing integrated online campaigns for hospitality or lifestyle brands. Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and platform-specific best practices. Experience with Lead Generation strategies and tools to drive inquiries, bookings, and database growth. Ability to use Web Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to interpret data and optimize campaign performance. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English additional language skills are an advantage. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of brand positioning, customer segmentation, and performance reporting hospitality or travel industry experience is beneficial.
