WE ARE HIRING | Digital Marketing Manager (KOL & KOC)

IMAX POWERTOOL under Osuka is looking for a KOL & KOC Lead to drive our influencer marketing strategy and build strong relationships with creators across social media platforms.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute KOL & KOC marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.

Identify, source, and build relationships with relevant KOLs, KOCs, creators, and influencers.

Plan and manage influencer campaigns from end-to-end: Creator Selection → Brief → Content → Campaign Launch → Performance Tracking.

Negotiate rates, campaign packages, and deliverables with creators and agencies.

Develop creative campaign ideas and content briefs to drive engagement, awareness, and sales.

Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as Reach, Engagement, CTR, Conversion, and Sales.

Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators to identify new opportunities.

Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, and Product teams to maximize campaign impact.

Build and maintain a strong KOL/KOC database and long-term creator network.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in KOL/KOC, Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

Experience in sourcing and managing KOL/KOC campaigns from start to finish.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.

Good understanding of content trends and the Thai creator/influencer landscape.

Proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
