Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Our client seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing, social media, and branding initiatives. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and digital campaign performance across multiple online channels.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong leadership capabilities and experience managing marketing teams in the education, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or service industries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies to support business growth.
• Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through integrated online marketing initiatives.
• Oversee content, social media, digital campaigns, and marketing communications to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence.
• Manage marketing performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing projects.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the marketing team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Manage marketing budgets, resources, and priorities while ensuring timely execution of key initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Marketing Communications
• Proven experience managing marketing teams
• Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Paid Media, and Digital Campaign Management
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
